•Implement and maintain backups, security, and redundancy strategies.
•Coordinate with 3rd parties to provide expert level to support all system and network infrastructure.
•Identify potential issues and integrate possible solutions.
•Engage with upper management regularly with reports on project status, activities, and achievements.
•Communicate with stakeholders to identify what they want a system to accomplish.
•Standardize and automate processes and monitoring using scripting technology.
•Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware components, and clearly document the design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks to leverage IT support staff.

<ol style="margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding-left: 20px;"><li style="line-height: 1.5;">Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li style="line-height: 1.5;">Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in System and/or Network Administration.</li><li style="line-height: 1.5;">System Administration: Proven experience with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems, and VMware virtualization platforms.</li><li style="line-height: 1.5;">Network Administration: Demonstrated experience with Cisco network devices.</li><li style="line-height: 1.5;">Solid understanding and practical experience with operating systems, server and storage technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance monitoring tools, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.</li><li style="line-height: 1.5;">Basic operational knowledge of network switching and routing principles for maintenance and basic troubleshooting.</li><li style="line-height: 1.5;">Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.</li><li style="line-height: 1.5;">Demonstrated service-oriented and customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing excellent IT support.</li><li style="line-height: 1.5;">Highly motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li></ol>
